failure of the product and may not offset against any balance that may be due
to ABC for any other service or products rendered. Customer
agrees to all the following for non-payment of appliances, installation costs,
delivery costs, materials, repair services offered (technical
support, replacement parts, etc.) allows any and all employees of
ABC entry in either residence or business (where initially started or
finished) to remove any and all appliances and/or materials. This
applies to any and all customers (including vendors that may have
sub-contracted ABC to deliver and install appliances) failing to compensate ABC
in full (invoice total) within ten working/business days or (vendors have
30 days) otherwise written in contract. Customer also agrees to pay for all
legal fees pertaining to collections. Example: mechanical liens, attorney fees,
court costs, cost of filing (paper work), collection agents, etc.

Appliances web pages may contain inaccuracies and typographical errors. ABC
does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the materials or the
reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed or
distributed through ABC's website. You acknowledge that any reliance on any

Code 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which

executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his
settlement with the debtor," as well as any other statute or common law
principle of similar effect.
INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to indemnify and
hold ABC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, and service
providers harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys'
fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Service, the violation
of this Agreement by you, or the infringement by you, or of any intellectual
property or other right of any person or entity. Even though prohibited,
customers may provide information that is offensive, false, harmful, or
deceptive. ABC and its Service providers assume no responsibility whatsoever
for such content or actions.

Appliances makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all material on this
