A Personal experience: folks, when I went to attend a BSH large appliance training I had the wonderful opportunity to actually see this cooktop in action! The promoter put a pan that was specially made for this demo. It was cut in half so as all were able to see half of the cooktop and pan surface while in action. Then a very large chocolate candy bar was then put onto half of each surface of the cooktop and pan. Cooktop was turned on, I could see that the cooktop surface was turning red and within 3-5 seconds the candy bar half that was on the pan was almost completely melted while the other half on the cooktop--well, it didn't melt!!!! Now folks, not to mention, I was beside myself! Then a large pan of water was put onto the cooktop, filled with cold water, and within 3 seconds, yes 1, 2, and 3 seconds-the water in the pot was boiling! This cooktop saves you time and energy in the kitchen-need I say more? I have this cooktop on display and am very excited about it, I can't wait for all to come and see! Bosch has built an all new "all-in-one" kitchen stand mixer (model MUM6N10UC) with an incredible 800 watt motor with four different speeds, giving more variables than the current incredible MUM6 model. Also; a redesigned lubricant filled sealed transmission. It has been expressed by the testing facility that the motor will last two times longer and the transmission will last four times longer than its predecessor. Since Bosch introduced this incredible very well designed kitchen stand mixer in 1951, many consumers have had much enjoyment in the kitchen utilizing their mixer for many, many years. This machine is more than incredible! I personally own, use, and demonstrate the Bosch Universal Machine. I am very excited about this new model Bosch Universal Machine! This mixer is a work horse utilizing the power from the bottom up! This machine gets the job done-with ease! Educated by one of the best trainers in the industry, I had the wonderful opportunity of learning everything about the Bosch line of kitchen appliances. Beginning as a repair technician, I was very intentive about learning everything I possibly could about these machines and their history - get this - I was refurbishing machines generally well over 30 years old, just imagine how long this new model mixer will last you! I quickly became very impressed with the longevity of the Bosch line of kitchen appliances and what their functionality and versatility could do for the individual and family unit!
